It needs an iPhone Pro (12 Pro or newer) or an iPad Pro, which have the LiDAR scanner. Open this page on that iPhone and tap the button: Apple's TestFlight installs HouseScan in two taps.

  1. Install the app from the inviteOne tap in TestFlight. Open HouseScan, press START SCAN.
  2. Walk naturally through each roomRooms, floors and stairs are noticed by themselves. A tracking hiccup never loses your scan.
  3. Press FINISH SCANSee your scan quality first, then your free floor plan, usually within minutes.
  4. DownloadThe PDF is free. The CAD file (DXF, opens in AutoCAD) is $5, once, for the home.
