How accurate is it?
Walls come from the iPhone's LiDAR scanner: Apple's published precision is 2 to 5 cm per wall. Anything the phone could not see is marked for field verification, never guessed. Door swings are not captured and are drawn as assumed. Every plan is marked PRELIMINARY.
Is this a permit set?
No. You get a preliminary existing-condition floor plan: the starting point for your designer, architect or contractor, not stamped construction documents.
What if my scan cannot be drawn?
The page says which room to scan again, free. If the plan never appears, nobody pays, and a person emails you.
